Comsys announced today that it’s application CList was awarded by CUSTOMER Magazine with the 2020 CUSTOMER Product of the Year Award.
CList is a product of Comsys that enhances the performance of outbound campaigns of the medium and large size contact centers. The application enables the planning and execution of sophisticated communication strategies and employs deep machine learning techniques to optimize the results of outbound campaigns.
