Comsys announced that it is a 2021 ICMI Global Contact Center Awards finalist with CList.

CList is a solution of Comsys that enhances the performance of outbound campaigns of the medium and large size contact centers. The application enables the planning and execution of sophisticated communication strategies and employs deep machine learning techniques to optimize the results of outbound campaigns.

ICMI Global Contact Center Awards acknowledge the best of the best of the contact center industry. The teams find a way to deliver excellent customer service in often challenging environments, while also adapting to rapid technological change. The finalists for the 2021 awards have been recognized for going above and beyond in a year when we all have had to go above and beyond to adapt to the pandemic.

The award winner will be announced during the ICMI Contact Center Expo in Dallas in September 2021.
