Comsys announced that it is a 2021 ICMI Global Contact Center Awards finalist for Best Technology Solution with CList.

CList is a solution of Comsys that enhances the performance of outbound contact centers. The application enables the planning and execution of sophisticated communication strategies and employs deep machine learning techniques to optimize the results of outbound campaigns.

ICMI Global Contact Center Awards acknowledge the best of the best of the contact center industry. They recognize the companies that find ways to deliver excellent customer service solutions in often challenging environments, while also adapting to rapid technological change.

The award winner will be announced during the ICMI Contact Center Expo in Dallas in September 2021.
