Comsys, as a Cisco Preferred Solution Partner and an Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialized Partner of Cisco, organized on the 7th of April 2021 a virtual event that focused on how companies can improve the digital customer experience.
During the event, N. Botinis, G. Dufournet and C. Laloy from Cisco and V. Galakos and K. Tsantinis from Comsys covered the following subjects:
- Enhancement of the customer experience with Cisco Contact Center solutions.
- Enrichment of the contact center with digital communication and collaboration capabilities.
A live demo of CFront, Comsys’ solution for customer engagement in digital channels, and CLink, the middleware for the connection of the CRM with Cisco Contact Centers, were presented to the attendees of the event.
