Comsys announced today that CLink (formerly known as CheckLink), the company’s customer relationship management middleware solution, has achieved certified integration with SAP® applications, providing contact centers the following benefits:

  • Increases the productivity of the agent workforce by presenting all data and interaction management functions in one screen.
  • Enables agents to service customers better because they do not have to switch applications in the effort to provide better customer service.
  • Operations managers can have a holistic view for major contact center performance metrics with the use of the monitoring and management administration console.
