Vassilis, our CEO and founder , spearheads Comsys' strategic direction. He brings extensive management experience from roles in satellite communications, e-commerce, and internet services in Greece and Cyprus. Vassilis holds a graduate degree in Applied Biomechanics from Indiana University and has a solid background in software systems design.
Spyros is driving our customer engagement solutions' product innovation and service delivery excellence. He is a multi-talented professional with extensive experience in software development, IT strategy, and project management. Spyros has a strong financial background and holds a B.Sc in Informatics and Statistics from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Kosmas oversees all operations, both domestically and internationally. He holds a degree in Mathematics for Business from Middlesex University in London, with expertise spanning operational research , business consulting, service delivery , and project management. Kosmas has earned certifications from leading entities such as Microsoft, Aspect Software, and Swiss Cert.
Yannis oversees business development in the Greek market, leveraging his extensive thirty-five years of experience in the IT and Communications industry to guide enterprises and organizations on their digital transformation journeys. Yannis holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Ruud brings a wealth of experience, spanning over thirty years, within the Communications and IT sector. He joined Comsys in 2017 as a business development director for the international market. Before his current position, he held various leadership roles at Aspect Software, including Sales, Channel Management, and Professional Services Delivery. As the director of Professional Services, he managed a team of 80 consultants and project managers. Ruud holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration.
Stratos is an accomplished senior account manager with over 25 years of experience in the ICT, telecommunications, banking, and insurance sectors. He oversees sales and drives sales penetration in the Greek market and abroad. Stratos brings a wealth of IT and telecom industry expertise and holds an MSc in Decision Science and a BSc. in Computing from the University of Westminster.
Drossos is a strategic leader with more than 30 years of experience in the consumer electronics and B2B industries. He is an accomplished strategist, business development expert and marketing architect who has driven significant revenue growth. Throughout his career, he has led marketing and communications for respected global brands such as Canon, Pioneer, Toshiba and Microsoft, earning multiple Superbrands awards. Drossos holds a master's degree in business administration.
Christina Papathanassi, Chief Accounting Officer, has been with Comsys since 2002. She is an experienced accountant with strong financial and organizational skills. Christina is responsible for cash planning management and monitoring and controlling the company’s liquidity. She holds a BSc in Sociology.
